Representing your team with Excellence

As a competitor in Apex Arena, each fighter is expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and sportsmanship. Fighters are not only representing themselves but also their team, coach, sponsors, and the eventas a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Fight Preparation – Maintain peak physical condition, follow training schedules, and meet all weight-cut requirements.
Punctuality & Commitment – Arrive on time for weigh-ins, media events, rules meetings, and scheduled fights.
Code of Conduct – Show respect to opponents, referees, event staff, and the audience at all times. Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
Health & Safety Compliance – Undergo mandatory medical checkups, follow fight safety protocols, and report any injuries to the medical team.
Media & PR Engagement – Participate in press conferences, interviews, and promotional activities as required by event organizers.
Sponsorship & Branding Commitment – Represent sponsors professionally and wear assigned fight gear, ensuring all branding agreements are honored.
Post-Fight Responsibilities – Attend medical evaluations, post-fight interviews, and media obligations regardless of the fight outcome.

By following these guidelines, each fighter contributes to the integrity and success of Apex Arena, making it a premier stage for combat sports.

Team Management & Leadership

Each team coach is responsible for the oversight, discipline, and performance of their five fighters throughout the Apex Arena event. The coach plays a critical role in ensuring that fighters are physically, mentally, and professionally prepared for competition.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership – Maintain discipline, motivation, and unity within the team.
Fight Readiness – Ensure fighters adhere to training, weight management, and event schedules.
Code of Conduct – Uphold professional behavior, respect event guidelines, and maintain sportsmanship.
Health & Safety – Monitor fighters’ physical condition and coordinate with medical staff when necessary.
Logistics & Coordination – Ensure team members arrive on time for weigh-ins, fights, and media obligations.

The coach is the cornerstone of the team, ensuring fighters perform at their best while representing Apex Arena and their sponsors with pride and professionalism.

Avozar Lead Director Responsibilities

The Lead Director oversees the full execution of Apex Arena events, ensuring seamless coordination between all key stakeholders, including coaches, rival fight promoters, and PR agencies. The Lead Director plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, professionalism, and visibility of the event.

Key Responsibilities:

Fight Coordination & Matchmaking – Work closely with coaches and rival fight promoters to confirm matchups, weight classes, and fight schedules.
Event Oversight – Ensure that all fight logistics, venue setup, and production elements align with the event’s high standards.
Regulatory Compliance – Oversee adherence to safety regulations, licensing requirements, and combat sports commission guidelines.
Public Relations & Media Management – Collaborate with PR agencies to maximize event exposure through press, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Brand & Sponsorship Integration – Ensure that all branding, sponsorship placements, and media obligations are fulfilled according to agreements.
Crisis Management – Address any unforeseen issues, from fighter injuries to security concerns, ensuring the event runs smoothly.

The Avozar Lead Director serves as the central point of coordination, ensuring fighters, promoters, sponsors, and media partners work in sync to deliver an unforgettable Apex Arena experience.

Avozar Team Responsibilities

As the official Agency of Record, the Avozar team is responsible for the planning, execution, and success of Apex Arena events. Each team member plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality production, and an unforgettable experience for fighters, fans, sponsors, and media partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Production & Logistics – Oversee venue setup, staging, lighting, sound, and fight coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
Fighter & Team Coordination – Work closely with coaches, fighters, and rival promoters to manage fight schedules, weigh-ins, and medical checks.
Sponsorship & Brand Integration – Ensure all sponsor commitments, branding placements, and partnership agreements are executed properly.
Marketing, PR & Media Management – Handle press relations, social media campaigns, content creation, and live event coverage to maximize reach and engagement.
Security & Compliance – Work with fire marshals, medical teams, and security personnel to guarantee a safe and well-regulated environment.
VIP & Guest Experience – Manage hospitality, VIP lounges, and guest services to create an elevated experience for special attendees.
Crisis Management & Problem-Solving – Be prepared to handle any last-minute changes, fighter injuries, technical issues, or security concerns swiftly and efficiently.
